Abstract Poultry meat and eggs are considered as major sources of food for rapidly increasing human population across the globe. During rearing poultry, different antibiotics were included in poultry diets sub therapeutic doses to attain improvements growth performance. Recently, use production has been one reasons behind emergence antibiotic resistance pathogens. The pressing issue led complete or partial bans on promoters many parts world. Moreover, there have increased concerns among consumers about residues products. These administrative an incidence bacterial disease outbreaks thus compromising performance, welfare, economic outcomes producers. This ultimately attracted attention researchers find alternative strategies that could replace bring production, health, safety benefits systems. non-antibiotic mainly include probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, phytogenic substances, organic acids, antimicrobial peptides, enzymes, bacteriophages, egg yolk antibodies. Inclusion these solutions demonstrates promising results terms performance birds’ health. demonstrated through nutrient absorption, proliferation beneficial bacteria, reduction pathogenic species, metabolites serve energy intestinal epithelial cells host, positive modulation immune responses. Apart from reducing colonization species also exhibited satisfactory efficacy foodborne pathogens like Salmonella Campylobacter jejuni which cause illness population. In this paper, we reviewed studies evaluated effects types poultry. A description mechanism action, advantages, disadvantages gut health parameters discussed paper.

Two hundred ten line chicks aged one day were randomized to receive seven The method dose for one-time synbiotics administration day-old as follows: G1: basal diet received no treatment (control); G2: 0.25 ml sprayed; G3: 0.50 G4: are added drinking water; G5: G6: dripped into mouth; G7: mouth drops. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) significantly increased (P<0.0001) compared control group other treated groups had maximum values after use via water (0.25 or ml). Furthermore, when comparing birds (G4, G5) with birds, Escherichia coli concentration in containing was lower. In addition, chickens at (G7) showed a higher duodenum, ileum villus height (VH), VH. - Ileum crypt depth (CD) ratio groups. (G5) performed better ileum, CD than Meanwhile, tract length visceral pH did not differ between It can be concluded that improve overall health birds.

The was separated into five similar groups 60 apiece, six duplicates (10 each) were given each sub-group. control group received a basal diet without any supplements. Cd nourished with + 80 mg chloride (CdCl2)/kg diet. 3rd fed CdCl2 /kg complemented 200 Vitamin (Cd+ C)/kg 4th by 500 dried powder G)/kg 5th diet, CG)/kg Results showed that in which added together Vit garlic, there an improvement both live weight gain (1-42 days) feed consumption (1-21 & 1-42 compared alone. addition alone seems completely improve cadmium-related increase alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels when control. Compared cadmium-polluted diets, got additives significantly reduced residue. In addition, group's serum immunoglobulin M (IgM) level decreased significantly. These data imply dietary supplementation (C) or (G) may be beneficial retrogressing drop G (IgG) IgM caused minimizing Cd's deleterious immunity.

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Bay laurel leaf extract conjugated with zinc nanoparticles (Zn-Nano-BLLE) as a growth enhancer and antibiotic alternative in broiler diets on performance, carcass characteristics, blood markers. In completely randomized design, 264 one-day-old Ross 308 chicks were divided into four experimental groups assess impact Zn-Nano-BLLE supplementation. Each group consisted six replicates, each containing 11 unsexed chicks. The treatments follows: control (basal diet) without any additives, three receiving at 1, 2, 3 cm³ Zn-Nano-BLLE/kg feed, respectively. Results indicated that supplementation 1 or cm³/kg feed led significant improvements live body weight gain. lowest intake conversion ratio observed broilers supplemented (30.94 1.14, respectively). However, highest dressing, carcass, heart percentages found group. Additionally, fed showed levels total protein, albumin, globulin, while also exhibiting cholesterol low-density lipoprotein (161.52 88.35, immunoglobulin G (IgG) elevated groups, although no noted M (IgM). Birds given 2 demonstrated superoxide dismutase activity (164 U/ml), had levels. conclusion, dietary inclusion Zn-Nano-BLLE, particularly cm³/kg, enhanced immunity, productivity, antioxidant status, indicates its effectiveness natural production.
