One of the major challenges in aquaculture marine organisms is susceptibility to pathogens. Immune cells defend bacterial invasion by recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) such as Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) Gram-negative bacteria. The white body are key organs for immune response and hematopoiesis, play an important role understanding antimicrobial biological gold-ringed octopus (Amphioctopus fangsiao). In present research, transcriptome sequencing bioinformatics analysis were conducted on A. fangsiao tissue after 6 h 24 LPS stimulation. results showed 2,029 73 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) at 6- 24-hour time points, respectively. Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses beneficial determining immune-related terms signaling pathways. Subsequently, a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed 20 hub genes, AKT3, MAPK14, PIK3CA, identified. These involved variety pathways, including Hippo pathway, chemokine leukocyte trans endothelial migration. Using qRT-PCR, accuracy verified. study provides substantial theoretical foundation research immunity, enhancing current cephalopods' innate immunity.
