The
present
study
aimed
to
evaluate
the
role
of
modulatory
effect
Tea
polyphenols
(TPs)
on
intestinal
microbiota
and
its
metabolism
juvenile
hybrid
sturgeon.

study

supplementation

lipopolysaccharide
(LPS)

broilers.

broilers
were
randomly
divided
into
three
treatment
groups,
each
comprising
ten
replicates

Within
One
Health
framework,
the
dissemination
of
antibiotic
resistance
genes
(ARGs)
and
pathogenic
bacteria
by
wild
birds
has
attracted
increasing
attention.
In
this
study,
gut
samples
opportunistically
collected
in
Tianjin,
China,
situated
along
East
Asian-Australasian
Flyway,
were
used
to
ascertain
realistic
distribution
ARGs
their
intestinal
tracts.
These
have
different
dietary
habits
(herbivore,
carnivore,
omnivore)
residency
statuses
(resident
migratory
birds).
Using
16S
rRNA
gene
sequencing
qPCR,
we
analyzed
microbial
communities
abundance
high-risk
mobile
genetic
elements
(MGEs).
Birds
with
distinct
ecological
traits
exhibited
significant
variations
bacterial
composition,
yet
similar
diversity.
Shigella
sp.
emerged
as
core
pathogen,
a
mean
relative
2.57

higher
than

other
bacteria,
its
concentration
correlated

trophic
level

MGEs
