To explore the potential protective effect of resveratrol (RES) on cold-exposed broilers, 360 21-day-old broilers were equally divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates. The rise of operational noise as an environmental pollutant for farm animals is emerging concern. mechanisms through which music can alleviate oxidative stress, inflammation, and apoptosis induced by exposure remain underexplored. This study aims to investigate the alleviating effects underlying long-term on noise-induced damage chicken spleen. Male Arbor Acres (AA) broilers were divided into four groups: control (C), acute stimulation (NS), with mitigation (NSM), only (M). NS NSM groups exposed (simulating sudden intensity noise, 115 120dB) 10 minutes daily a week, starting at 14-days-old. M then received 28 days 6-hour (Mozart K.448, 60-65 dB). results showed that significantly activated Keap-1/Nrf2 NF-κB signaling pathways. Long-term intervention has also been demonstrated successfully mitigate stress abnormal stimulation. Microscopic examination spleen revealed resulted in increase splenic cells, decrease lymphocytes, blurred boundaries between red white pulps group. However, these pathological changes alleviated group following intervention. Compared group, exhibited elevated parameters. In contrast, notably improved antioxidant capacity partially morphological abnormalities Additionally, pathway, upregulating downstream genes inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α. Noise-induced mitochondrial led apoptosis, observed TUNEL staining, along increased gene protein expression Bcl-2, Bax, Cyt-C, Casp-3, Casp-8, Casp-9.
