Skeletal
muscle
is
a
vital
protein
source
for
human
diets,
making
its
development
significant
focus
in
poultry
research.
This
study
examines
the
effects
of
RNA
5-methylcytosine
(m5C)
modifications
on
chicken
skeletal
at
two
critical
embryonic
stages:
before
myoblast
differentiation
(E10)
and
after
(E19).
By
employing
MeRIP-seq,
we
analyzed
dynamic
distribution
m5C
within
leg
transcriptome,
uncovering
notable
differences
modification
states
between
these
stages.
Our
results
indicate
that
are
widespread
transcriptome
present
unique
pattern.
Unlike
N6-methyladenosine
modifications,
which
typically
show
negative
correlation
with
expression,
exhibited
weak
positive
our
findings.
Additionally,

multiple
peaks
