Modern and intelligent triage systems are used today due to the growing trend of disasters emergencies worldwide increase in number injured people facing challenge using traditional methods. The main objective this study is investigate application artificial intelligence Technology patients by challenges implementation systems. present a systematic review follows PRISMA guidelines. protocol was registered PROSPERO with code CRD42023471415. To find relevant studies, databases PubMed, Scopus Web Science (ISI) were searched without time limit until September 2024. scientific search engine Google Scholar references final articles read manually for review. identified 2,630 articles, narrowing down 19 high-quality studies on AI triage, which improved patient care through optimized resource management real-time data transmission. algorithms like OpenPose YOLO enhanced efficiency mass casualty incidents, while e-triage allowed continuous vital sign monitoring faster triaging. tools demonstrated high accuracy diagnosing COVID-19 (94.57%). Implementing faced such as trust issues, training needs, equipment shortages, privacy concerns. Developing assessment enables timely treatment better resuscitation services disasters.
