Since 8 January 2023 China has liberalized its control of COVID-19. In a short period time, the infection rate COVID-19 in risen rapidly, which brought heavy burden to medical staff. This study aimed investigate psychological status, stress, insomnia, effort-reward imbalance, resilience, and influencing factors staff during epidemic policy liberalization.This survey was conducted from 6 February 27 March with non-random sampling. An online questionnaire using HADS, PSS-14, ISI, ERI, resilience assessment scale for The levels psychological, pandemic opening were measured.A total 2,038 valid questionnaires collected. 68.5% 53.9% had different degrees anxiety depression, respectively. Excessive high effort low reward 40.2%, 43.2%, 14.2%, Gender, Profession, education level, age are important that lead depression. Women, nurses, higher education, longer working years hours, effort, risk above conditions. Abstract Background A widespread outbreak of epidemics like Covid-19 is a lethal threat to physical and mental health. Results Overall, 601 participants completed questionnaires, including 23.3% elderly (≥ 60 years), 29.5% (18–29 years) 47.3% (30–59 with 71.4% women. Background: The Medical Quality Video Evaluation Tool (MQ-VET) is a standardized instrument for assessing health-related video quality, yet it only available in English. This study addresses the growing demand Spanish version to better support increasing Spanish-speaking population seeking reliable digital health content. Objective: To adapt and validate MQ-VET into Spanish, ensuring robust psychometric reliability validity through rigorous cross-cultural adaptation methods, augmented by integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Materials methods: Following international guidelines, was translated, back-translated, reviewed experts. AI-based tools were employed refine linguistic cultural accuracy. Psychometric properties evaluated 60 participants (30 healthcare 30 nonhealthcare professionals), focusing on reliability, agreement, concurrent with DISCERN instrument. Results: showed excellent (Cronbach's alpha>0.90, ICC=0.81) strong (Pearson r = 0.9435, Spearman 0.9482, p < 0.0001), alongside linear regression result (R²=0.8902). Bland-Altman analysis confirmed AI-driven performed factorial that revealed clear three-factor structure explaining 81.1% variance. Objectives Medical workers are prone to psychological and sleep disturbances during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Little is known about varying degrees of influence among vaccinated medical staff working in different positions.
