Studies on bionanocomposite drug carriers are a key area in the field of active substance delivery, introducing innovative approaches to improve therapy. Such play crucial role enhancing bioavailability substances, affecting therapy efficiency and precision. The targeted delivery drugs sites action minimization toxicity body is becoming possible through use these advanced carriers. Recent research has focused structures based biopolymers, including lipids, polysaccharides, proteins. This review paper description lipid-containing nanocomposite (including liposomes, lipid emulsions, nanoparticles, solid nanostructured carriers), polysaccharide-containing alginate cellulose), protein-containing (e.g., gelatin albumin). It was demonstrated many investigations that such show ability load therapeutic substances efficiently precisely control release. They also desirable biocompatibility, which promising sign for their potential application development indicates novel approach improving processes, contribute significant advances pharmacology, efficacy while minimizing side effects.
