ABSTRACT
In
a
narrow
definition,
plasma
medicine
is
the
application
of
body‐temperature
cold
devices
for
medical
purposes.
If
considering
more
general
in
medicine,
independent
operating
temperature,
electrosurgical
argon
have
been
successfully
applied
decades
cutting
and
coagulating
tissue.
Accordingly,
such
received
regulatory
approval
as
certified
devices.
this
work,
we
assessed
suitability
an
device
with
novel
set
parameters
allowing
operation
at
lower
temperatures.
We
studied
device's
ability
to
generate
reactive
species

their
penetration
into

or

Clinically,
diabetes
is
classified
into
type
1
(T1DM)
and
2
(T2DM),
with
T2DM
comprising
nearly
90%
of
all
diagnosed
cases.
Notably,
global
incidence
has
surged
dramatically
over
recent
decades.
The
adenylate-activated
protein
kinase
(AMPK)
signaling
pathway
crucial
regulating
cellular
energy
metabolism,
marking
it
as
significant
therapeutic
target
for
related
complications.
Natural
products,
their
diverse
origins,
multifaceted
bioactivities,
relative
safety,
hold
considerable
promise
modulating
AMPK
pathway.

The
pathogenesis

1
diabetes
(T1D)
involves
a
complex
interplay
genetic
predisposition,
immune
processes,
and
environmental
factors,
leading
to
the
selective
destruction
pancreatic
beta-cells
by

Emerging
evidence
suggests
that
intrinsic
beta-cell
including
oxidative
stress
post-translational
modifications
(PTM)
antigens,
may
also
contribute
their
immunogenicity,
shedding
new
light
on
multifaceted
T1D.
Over
past
30
years,
neoepitopes
generated
PTMs
have
been
hypothesized
play
role
in
T1D
pathogenesis,
but
involvement
has
only
systematically
investigated
recent
years.
In
this
review,
we
explored

PTMs,

T1D,
highlighting
as

ABSTRACT
Plasma‐treated
liquids
and
their
medical
application
have
gained
momentum
in
the
fields
of
plasma
science
recent
years.
Most
research
has
been
done

treatment.
Another
new
promising
special
CAP−liquid
interaction
is
hydrogels,
which
can
serve
as
localized
reservoirs
for
delivery
long‐lived
reactive
oxygen
nitrogen
species
other
active
ingredients
such
chemotherapeutic
drugs.
Identifying
hydrogel
compositions
optimal
treatment,
reservoir
function,
from
a
regulatory
point
view
use
medicine,
together
with
chemical
identification
biologically
molecules
interdependencies
to
operation
parameters,
are
fundamental
challenges
