The Nordic nations have yet to significantly contribute achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 7 and 13. This predicament might be attributed fundamental financialization concerns in these renewable energy generation implementation issues. are fighting reduce CO2 emissions as a result of two situations. Dealing with this problem may necessitate policy shift, which represents the focus research. Utilizing data from 1980 2020, we analyze heterogeneous impacts financial development on using advanced panel time-series methodologies. advantage wavelet tools (wavelet coherence, partial multiple techniques) is that they help capture initiatives at different frequencies, i.e., short, medium long-term. Our empirical outcomes CS-ARDL show both decrease short long term. Furthermore, coherence negative co-movement between each nation except for Iceland driving all frequencies. Additionally, enhances ‘CO2 emissions-renewable consumption’ association, but term, it has no stimulating effect. These findings lead recommendation an SDG-oriented framework. Among the new revelation in natural resources-environment and climate change nexus literature is criticality of ascending environmental sustainability ladders industrialized economies such as newly countries (NICs). This study considers panel top ten NICs (Brazil, China, India, Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand) by utilizing novel Method Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR) other approaches including Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FM-OLS), Dynamic (D-OLS), Fixed-effects (FE-OLS) to analyze related dataset between 1990 2018.
