To solve the problem of coupled and coordinated dispatch multi-energy between campus integrated energy system operator users. A bi-level Stackelberg low-carbon economic model with horizontal vertical demand response dynamic supply pricing (DSDMEP) is proposed. Firstly, DSDMEP established to effectively coordinate interests upper CIESO lower Secondly, combined heat power containing gas carbon capture reward penalty stepped trading mechanism (SCTM) are introduced on side minimize emissions. Then, HVIDR users increase coupling adjustable price characteristics demand. Finally, results show that proposed compared other scenarios has its emissions reduced by 21.72%, benefits increased 27.86%, cost 6.9%. This paper also provides a multi-angle sensitivity analysis impact different parameters SCTM operation (CIES), as well peak valley electricity difference.

Abstract This article postulates strong endogenous relationships in lower income countries between institutional quality, financial development and sustained economic growth. These associations were investigated using the vector‐error correction model (VECM) Granger causality method for a sample of 79 from 2005 to 2022. The findings show that (1) these variables reinforce each other short run. (2) In long run, both quality can fuel (3) positive effect on growth is greater than development. Policy implications are careful attention should be paid co‐development policies enhance system economies. Policies also consider strategies enable sustainable rates.

This research delves into the intricate interconnections among financial inclusion, adoption of renewable energy, environmental resilience, and poverty reduction in low-income countries (LICs), lower-middle-income (LMICs), sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), light complex issues such as poverty, degradation, sustainable development. work comprehensively understands interaction between these crucial factors by utilizing a dynamic panel model, specifically Dynamic Seemingly Unrelated Regression (DSUR), CUP-FM, CUP-BC. The empirical analysis conducted our study has produced findings that are both significant noteworthy. Financial inclusion pertains to facilitating formal services for demographic segments have historically been marginalized or excluded. A negative relationship levels (SSA) observed. Moreover, there is an inverse correlation utilization energy sources indicating possesses potential catalyze enhancement economic conditions overall welfare. However, it important note deterioration underscores urgent necessity implementing comprehensive policies address sustainability reduction. results above shed on governmental interventions promote positive transformations. Improving endeavors achieve holds capacity empower individuals businesses alike, fostering progress alleviating poverty. Renewable technology progressively acknowledged viable strategy advancement tackle simultaneously. It utmost importance establish policy frameworks effectively interplay degradation create future egalitarian.
