As a country situated in region with abundant solar resources, Albania has enormous potential for using energy through photovoltaic (PV) systems. With the crisis repeating itself over years, now more than ever is moment to assess and fully use this opportunity. This paper studies current state of PV usage Albania's sector opportunities challenges coming together technology. Economic, social, environmental benefits are discussed, as well existing policies renewable energy. It evaluates technology's role country's sustainable transition analyzes various integration models like net-metering feed-in tariffs. Successful projects case highlighted, while such regulatory complexities public awareness discussed. The study also assesses large-scale feasibility emphasizes need integrated planning. research aims offer relevant information Albanian policymakers, stakeholders, investors support effective implementation systems cleaner, future. Furthermore, there lack about renewables reality. Enhancing sustainability reducing greenhouse gas emissions important.

This article employs graph theory to quantitatively analyze the causal loop diagrams, focusing on transition decentralized renewable energy markets and identifying key variables acting as initiators reinforcers of this transition. The study utilizes a combination qualitative diagramming (CLD), SWOT analysis, theory, offering robust methodology applicable not only planning but across diverse domains. Key findings highlight significance profit-driven investment-based approaches, in tandem with political will strategic planning, integrating systems. Some variables, consistently present top ten graph-based measures, serve critical leverage points, including "Need for solutions" (in 6 out 10 measures), "Profit" (5 10), "Technological progress" "Consumers interest "Climate change" 10). Moreover, willingness customers engage market urban planning's role consumption patterns was found pivotal. presented approach offers valuable insights encourages holistic reevaluation systems, providing stakeholders comprehensive tool inform decision-making practices. research underscores importance well-established factors unveils specific nuances energy.

The current study proposes a model of an autonomous HRFS installed on different sites in 20 Saudi cities powered by renewable clean energy sources. station is fully photovoltaic (PV) panels and wind turbines involving electrolyzer hydrogen tank for producing storing hydrogen. Three scenarios are investigated to propose optimized model, namely Scenario 1 containing (PV-Wind-Battery) system, 2 with (Wind-Battery) technologies, 3 (PV-Battery) components. expected feed the load demand 25 cars storage capacity 5 kg. simulation carried out using well-known HOMER software description technical parameters plant together detailed economic feasibility also performed. Furthermore, optimization process executed demonstrates competitive levelized cost (LCOE) (LCOH) especially third scenario LCOH varying within $12–15.9/kg LCOE range $ 0.332–0.414/kWh, all cities. For instance, encouraging lowest values net present (NPC) obtained futuristic NEOM mega city relatively first (NPC = $1,576,000, 0.627/kWh) $830,494, 0.332/kWh), respectively. On another hand, thorough analysis PV/Wind technoeconomic operation provided including improvements recommendations, comparison environmental impact discussion.
