The proliferation of the number Smart Buildings (SBs) and fleet Electric Vehicles (EVs) in Distribution Systems (DSs) makes need for new strategies to coordinate them with microgrid (MG) scheduling inevitable. Therefore, this article proposes a three-layer risk-averse game theoretic-based strategy SBs EV fleets MGs scheduling. In first layer strategy, Demand Response Program (DRP) is designed where dynamic incentive tariffs are calculated based on consumption pattern subscribers. Then, second layer, done decentralized space considering their participation DRP. Eventually, third operators have received power exchange information order carry out accordance it. Day-Ahead (DA) DS through implementation cooperative theory. Fluctuations uncertain operational parameters such as load demand, radiation wind embedded model by scenario-based technique Risk-Averse (RA) adopted manage them. The optimal design and operation of microgrids involves complex trade-offs between technical, economic, environmental factors. This paper presented an optimal design of a grid-independent hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) that comprises Photovoltaic, Biomass, Hydrogen Fuel Cell, and battery storage. Renewable energy-based have been endorsed for remote off-grid communities electrification. However, it is difficult to due the stochastic resource nature, load variation, high cost components. The sizing components proposed HRES determined through application innovative metaheuristic optimization technique called salp swarm algorithm (SSA). Addressing limitations algorithm, which include low precision, dimension convergence rate, modified version (SSA), known as Levy sine cosine operator-based (LSC-SSA), was introduced. compared with standard SSA Genetic Algorithm (GA). primary goal research reduce annualized system, whilst taking into account reliability constraint. novelty this lies in its approach enhance performance by optimizing size management strategy (EMS). It achieved employing combined framework integrate LSC-SSA supervisory EMS. potential benefits reducing cost. comparative results validate surpasses SSA, GA algorithms examined, realizing significant reductions amounting $82,023, $202,127 respectively. Additionally, outcome indicates that, offers least (COE) $0.927/kWh, comparison COE values $0.931/kWh $0.949/kWh GA, are higher. Furthermore, indicate applied EMS has effectively assisted establishing eco-friendly economical system.
