<p>Energy consumption accounting and prediction in the medium thick plate rolling process are crucial for controlling costs, improving production efficiency, optimizing equipment management, enhancing market competitiveness of enterprises. Starting from perspective integrating mechanism industrial big data, we overcame difficulties brought by complex highly nonlinear coupling variables, proposed a power algorithm based on time slicing method, gave calculation method additional main motor rough finishing (auxiliary system consumption, loss, deviation); with help SIMS model, forward recursion, reverse recursion pass force estimation strategies proposed, rated was predicted. Furthermore, random forest regression model data established, then comprehensive billet given. Experiments showed effectiveness method.</p>
