Soaring solar cell temperature hindered photovoltaic (PV) efficiency, but a novel radiative cooling (RC) cover developed in this study offered cost-effective solution. Using randomly particle-doping structure, the achieved high "sky window" emissivity of 95.3% while maintaining transmittance 94.8%. The RC-PV system reached peak power output 147.6 W/m2. A field to explore its potential various provinces China revealed significant efficiency improvements, with yearly electricity outputs surpassing those ordinary PV systems by relative improvement 2.78%–3.72%. largest increases were observed under clear skies and dry, cool climates, highlighting real weather environmental conditions. This work provided theoretical foundation for designing scalable films systems, unlocking full energy.
