Food and beverage service quality in the restaurant industry is a critical factor for business success achieving desired financial performance, as it directly affects customer experience satisfaction, leading to increased revenues brand loyalty. As such, this research seeks investigate extent which food cost systems influence performance indicators. The existing also focuses on exploring moderation role of within tourist restaurants Sharm El-Sheikh Ain Sokhna. An online questionnaire was employed gather data from 356 managers controllers these restaurants. Structural equation modeling using Adanco v.2.2 analyze collected dataset based quantitative approach. Findings confirmed that indicators were positively significantly affected by system effectiveness current activities, target value stream. proved greater attention paid quality, more management chosed able follow international accounting estimating costs, will ultimately lead significant returns high profits. This recommends decision-makers practitioners hospitality sector need invest developing modernizing provide accurate useful information decision-makers, well motivating employees contribute improving operational process addition establishing an effective continuous monitoring evaluation.

Cost systems are an essential tool through which we can determine the appropriate cost of food and beverage services improve operational processes while reducing potential levels waste. As such, existing research focuses on examining pivotal role based just-in-time value engineering in enhancing service quality for restaurant customers. The also examines moderating effects educational level career experiences account managers, estimation officials, financial directors, assistant control officials some Egyptian restaurants. A hard-copy questionnaire was employed to gather data from a sample 363 these managers within tourist restaurants Port Said Ismailia. Results confirmed that positively significantly affected by just-in-time-based system application more than it engineering-based application. Findings revealed higher greater interest achieving better customers as result following accounting approach just-in-time. Moreover, findings demonstrated professional experience had, motivated they were follow engineering. This may lead expected current customers' minds. Accordingly, this recommends decision-makers independent hotel chains need train analysis.
