The
intensifying
overexploitation
of
water
resources
and
the
increasing
pollution
discharge
have
exacerbated
conflicts
in
resource
utilization,
making
it
urgent
to
effectively
reconcile
contradiction
between
utilization
environmental
protection.

study
developed
a
Cost-Inclusive
Multi-Objective
Bargaining
Methodology
(CIMB),
coupled
with
Compromise
Programming
(CP)
method,
address
use
discharge,

economic
benefits
sustainable
development

Abstract
This
paper
mainly
studies
the
modeling
and
joint
operation
control
strategy
of
seawater
desalination
systems
hydrogen
energy
systems.
Firstly,
architecture
system
is
introduced,
mathematical
models
each
part
are
established,
especially
variable
efficiency
model
electrolytic
cell.
Secondly,
a
considering
electrolysis
raw
materials
characteristics
proposed.
Finally,
effectiveness

verified
by
case
analysis.
The
simulation
results
show
that
through
integration

resources,

consumption
