Abstract
As
renewable
energy
continues
to
be
widely
integrated,
the
structure
is
gradually
transforming.
The
increasing
grid
connection
of
wind
and
photovoltaic
power
signifies
a
major
shift
in
mix.
This
change
particularly
evident
heavy
load
areas
at
regional
provincial
dispatch
levels,
where
uncertainties
on
both
supply
demand
sides
impact
daily
operation
systems.
New
strategies
are
urgently
needed
address
these
uncertainties.
paper
introduces
two-stage
day-ahead
intra-day
coordinated
multi-level
method
that
considers
regional-level
provincial-level
systems,
addressing
supply-demand
from
perspective
grid-level
unmet
peak
shaving.
Unmet

output
units.

peak-valley
