This paper investigates the integration of heat pumps for heating boiler feedwater and evaluates impacts temperature condensate recovery rates on fuel consumption, energy efficiency, CO2 emissions. The results show that using significantly reduces especially when increases rate is high. COP (Coefficient Performance) pump gradually decreases as water rises; however, at lower temperatures yields better economic efficiency. Economically, provide substantial benefits, with maximum cost savings achieved a 75°C. Additionally, integrating emissions, particularly in boilers without recovery, highest emission reduction reaching 17.8 kgCO2 per ton steam. These findings demonstrate not only energy-efficient cost-effective but also contributes to environmental protection by reducing greenhouse gas
