ABSTRACT Based on the natural, social resource‐based view, stakeholder theory, and complementary principles of justice, this study aimed to reveal influence mechanism between top management circular commitment (TMCC) economy practices (CEPs) through perspective human resource (HRM) diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI). We have highlighted role interplay (CE‐HRM) DEI culture for implementation CEPs. collected questionnaire data surveys in Sichuan Chongqing, China, analyzed hypotheses conceptual model using structural equation modeling. found that: (1). TMCC can positively (2). indirectly CEPs CE‐HRM, which CE‐HRM acts as partial mediation. (3). Diversity culture, including labor law protection groups rainbow (LGBTQ+) group, shows significant moderating effects CE‐HRM. Equity demonstrates This not only delved into CE‐HRM; it also incorporated first time. It provides new insights, supports justice interdependence environmental sustainability, breaks dearth Chinese context LGBTQ+ research.

ABSTRACT In the agri‐food sector, valorization of by‐products according to a circular economy ( CE ) approach can be viable solution increase profits and improve business resilience. However, facilitate its implementation dissemination, it is necessary validate application approaches in real case studies as well verify their economic sustainability. This paper analyses adoption different paths olive oil supply chain assesses degree circularity through Material Circularity Indicator (MCI) sustainability life cycle costing (LCC). As evidenced scientific literature, these methodologies represent optimal assess impact processes on companies' strategies. Moreover, results integrated progress toward ever‐greater Findings show that varies strategies adopted, highlighting better viability firms adopt strategies, whose are less sensitive changes input output prices therefore more resilient from an point view when market fluctuations occur.
