Abstract
This
study
explores
the
impact
of
natural
resource
exploitation,
trade
openness,
and
economic
growth
on
carbon
emissions
in
a
sample
oil‐exporting
nations
for
period
1971–2014.
To
examine
this
relationship,
we
used
panel
autoregressive
distributed
lag
model
set
econometric
techniques
accounting
cross‐sectional
dependence.
Our
results
indicate
that
exploitation
resources
openness
have
long‐term
negative
environmental
quality.
Furthermore,
our
analysis
confirms
validity
Kuznets
Environmental
Curve
countries.
An
assessment
causality
reveals
bidirectional
link
between
resources,
growth,
CO
2
emissions,
as
well
unidirectional
emissions.
In
light
findings,
appropriate
policies
could
include
imposition
more
stringent
regulations
application
taxes
promotion
clean
renewable
technologies.
Greater
international
cooperation
is
also
needed
to
address
these
issues
global
scale.

Natural

global
population
steadily
increasing
economies
expanding,
demand
for
natural
resources,
particularly
fuels,
has
experienced
an
unprecedented
surge.
This
surge
in
consumption
is
directly
linked
to
alarming
rise
emissions.
The
study
examines
nexus
between
agricultural
nitrous
oxide
taking
into
account
dynamics
of
agriculture,
forestry,
fishing
value
addition,
top-emitting
countries
1971
2020.
scarcity
positively
correlates
with
fishing,
There
a
decrease
emit
oxide,
emissions,
Policy-makers
may
promote
sustainable
development,
mitigate
climate
change,
ensure
long-term
viability
systems
by
addressing
addition
countries.
Through
strategic
policy
interventions,
supported
technology
transfer,
capacity
building,
market-based
instruments,
agricultural,
sector
can
achieve
more
future
while
challenges
scarcity.
