Digital Management of Resource Efficiency of Fuel and Energy Companies in a Circular Economy

High-quality managerial decision-making is crucial for improving the resource efficiency of production companies in context digitalization. Currently, use modern methods and tools to manage consumption supply resources should consider principles a circular economy. This study focused on development mechanism fuel energy sector. It used methodological developed by authors, including comprehensive integral assessment practice-oriented research methodology adapted enterprises. Having analyzed existing state consumption, authors discovered disparity indicators, means applied accounting, control expenditure resources. Using analytic hierarchy process as foundation, technique identifying inefficient processes at enterprises level case study. With proposed technique, main areas were identified. They include organization rationing supplying production, measures improve conservation. These ranked importance priority. The calculations determined most resource-intensive process—“Operation equipment technologies”. On this basis, management, number digital technologies tools. As result testing an oil gas company based economy, found reserves searched best option company.
