Abstract The global trend of environmental degradation, marked by escalating carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emissions and expanding ecological footprints, poses a significant risk to the planet leads warming. This decline in environment is primarily attributed extensive use non-renewable energy sources substantial economic activities. study investigates dynamic impact (coal, gas, oil), renewable energy, growth, capital formation on CO footprint Indonesia spanning from 1965–2022. Employing Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS), (DOLS), robustness test with Canonical Cointegrating Regression (CCR) techniques, we seek establish long-term associations among studied variables. Preliminary findings, supported our primary models, reveal that every increase coal gas directly results higher but does not affect footprints. Conversely, oil affects rise footprints emissions. Meanwhile, will reduce both consequently enhancing Indonesia's quality. Furthermore, increasing growth footprint, while reduces footprint. Granger causality showed unidirectional also revealed bidirectional between energy. clarifies patterns provides policymakers recommendations for maintaining sustainability, including investing transitioning away given pressing climate challenges goal achieving neutrality.

Since the ECOWAS region is most susceptible to climate change, factors driving change and policy processes are pressuring authorities in take more action fight against change. In light of this, paper investigates role financial development, globalization, renewable energy, economic growth, industrialization reducing environmental degradation framework N-shaped Kuznets curve hypothesis. Second generation econometric techniques, Driscoll-Kraay panel regression approach quantile estimation techniques were developed based on a dataset 10 countries from 1990 2019. Due to photovoltaic (PV) technology advantages as a clean, secure, and pollution-free energy source, PV power plants installation have shown an essential role in the sector. Nevertheless, plant cost of must be competitive when compared traditional sources. Therefore, numerous studies are continuously being conducted aiming optimize plants, including components arrangements within site, inverter topology, cables, modules inverters numbers, module tilt angle shadow effect. For selecting most suitable combinations for system parameters, this study seeks systematically analyze synthesize design optimization from current literature. The also examines component sizing involving angle, inverter, transformer, cables. Moreover, it provides overview main employed install plant, which includes modules, transformer wiring. It different topologies used along with comparison between these topologies.

This study explores optimizing waste resource efficiency through the Circular Economy (CE) framework. Motivated by imperative to enhance and mitigate waste’s environmental impact, we examine CE concept’s extension of product life cycles, while minimizing waste. We conduct a comprehensive review explore core principles across all stages lifecycle provide an in-depth analysis treatment practices in Poland, emphasizing potential energy conversion methods like biogas production incineration. Our findings underscore importance prioritizing incineration plant design for quicker payback, aligning with circular rational economic practices. Strategies such as improving production, establishing solid bio-waste fermentation facilities, promoting sortable packaging, incentivizing sustainable sorting emerge optimize management. These highlight pivotal role economic, environmental, considerations shaping management strategies.

Abstract Environmental degradation and climate change problems in the African continent seriously hit country economies human health, negatively affecting achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). countries have potential to use economic development renewable energy as a tool for their environmental sustainability. In this context, study examines effects growth, modern energy, combustible on ecological footprint (EF) five countries. To end, uses novel regularization common correlated half‐panel jackknife approaches data from 2006 2020. The findings show that progress effectively reduces EF countries, but does not contribute progress. Due insufficient ineffective utilization, energies are an important improving systems. Therefore, should prioritize priority goal. Based results, experiencing advancement bolster SDGs objectives through green financial incentives.
