ABSTRACT Natural resources and geopolitical risks significantly impact energy security risks. The availability accessibility of natural play a significant role in determining nation's vulnerability. Renewable consumption, particularly foreign direct investment renewable projects, can help mitigate these by diversifying supplies reducing the reliance on fossil fuels. This study examines risk 38 countries at conflict between 1990 2021 using CO 2 emissions, as controlling variables. long‐run analysis is based slope heterogeneity, Westerlund cointegration, Arellano–Bond dynamic panel‐data estimation, Robust, correlated panels corrected standard errors (PCSEs). results indicate that index positively associated with resources, risk, consumption. Foreign negatively selected countries. Improving requires addressing multiple policy implications. resource availability, mitigation, emissions reduction, increased consumption are key factors. However, negative association FDI emphasizes importance careful evaluation investments to ensure their compatibility objectives. By implementing appropriate policies, enhance security, promote sustainable development, posed uncertainties.

Abstract Top oil importer countries produce large amounts of carbon emission and pollute soil water, threatening sustainable development. Given this issue, study examines the impact solar energy consumption, wind natural resources rent on environmental conditions top five oil‐importing (China, United States, India, Japan, South Korea) for period 1997–2021. In context, analyzes validity Kuznets curve load capacity hypotheses using novel regularized common correlated effects method. The effect results show that are valid consumption supports quality by helping to reduce emissions increase factor. However, usage have no ecological quality. Based these outcomes, importers can provide a better environment their societies promoting while taking concerns into account.

Abstract Waste has emerged as a pressing concern for the environment, primarily stemming from processes of urbanization and industrialization. The substantial volumes waste generated pose serious threat to they spread out harmful substances in soil release methane emissions into atmosphere. To effectively address this issue, study explores impact municipal industrial waste, well waste-related innovation on load capacity factor (LCF) 2005 2020. For purpose, augmented mean group method half panel jackknife causality approach were conducted by using data 17 European countries. empirical findings show that (1) curve (LCC) hypothesis is confirmed; (2) have detrimental effect LCF; (3) management practices no discernible LCF. In light these findings, emphasizes importance efficient countries exploit potential valuable resource rather than cause pollution.

The global concerns over the climate crisis have led countries to reconsider their energy options, directing focus of policymakers toward clean sources that can support a transition more sustainable future. Herein, biofuel energy, with its characteristics, has become vital alternative fossil fuels, paving way for environment. In this context, study explores impact consumption and green technology (GT) innovation on load capacity factor. To end, applies regularized common correlated estimation panel data from top five consumer period 2002–2021. empirical outcomes reveal (i) curve (LCC) hypothesis is invalid; (ii) biofuels are essential elements system ensure better access eco-friendly contribute environmental quality; (iii) in GTs contributes quality. light findings, reveals role GT path greener future, should consider power these factors formulating policies.

Yük kapasitesi faktörü, son zamanlarda geliştirilen ve doğanın sadece tüketim tarafını değil, aynı zamanda arz dikkate alan derece kapsamlı bir çevresel kalite göstergesidir. Bu yüzden dönem çalışmalara bakıldığında yük faktörünün göstergesi olarak kullanıldığı görülmektedir. bağlamda çalışma, önceki literatürden farklı Türkiye’de eğrisi (LCC) hipotezi çerçevesinde faktörü üzerinde ekonomik büyümenin kentleşmenin uzun dönemli etkisini test etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Söz konusu etkinin testi için 1961-2022 dönemi arasındaki yıllık veriler Fourier temelli zaman serisi teknikleri (ADF, ADL FMOLS) kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, çalışmanın sağlamlık sınaması yine DOLS kesirli frekanslı esnek Toda-Yamamoto (FFFF-TY) nedensellik teknikleriyle sınanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen ampirik bulgular, LCC hipotezinin geçerli olduğunu fakat Türkiye’deki gelirin kaliteyi iyileştirebilecek seviyede olmadığını göstermektedir. bulgular artan faktörünü azaltarak bozduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ampirik bulgulardan hareketle, politika yapıcılar kalitenin arttırılması bazı politikaları ivedilikle hayata geçirmelidir. Bunun yapıcılar, daha fazla yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına yatırım yapacak adımları atmalıdır. yeşil tesisi de gerekli adımlar atılmalıdır. Son olarak, sürdürülebilir ortak paydaşlarla stratejiler oluşturulmalı uygulamaya konmalıdır.

Newly industrializing economies are ardently striving for rapid development, aspiring to emulate the affluence of Western nations. However, amidst this relentless economic dynamism, world grapples with an escalating climate change crisis. Therefore, it becomes imperative identify factors contributing improving developing nations' environmental quality while concurrently advancing their sustainable development objectives. In regard, present study aims dissect implications renewable energy consumption, technological innovation, and human capital examine "Load Capacity Curve" (LCC) hypothesis in Türkiye through extension STIRPAT model. To achieve objective, research operates a novel econometric methodology, namely "augmented autoregressive distributed lag" (A-ARDL) approach Fourier terms, analyze yearly data from 1980 2019. The empirical findings substantiate validation LCC Türkiye, both short long term. Furthermore, results unveil that consumption significantly bolster ecological welfare over term, whereas innovation exhibits no discernible impact on environment. Additionally, outcomes display population growth positively impacts environment term; nevertheless, detrimental quality.
