ABSTRACT To attain global ecological sustainability within the framework of modernization, this study scrutinizes multifaceted interaction among environmental‐related patent technologies (ERPT), natural resources, energy consumption (both renewable and nonrenewable usage) globalization on footprint. assess novel aspects ongoing objective, employs Disc/Kraay, fully modified ordinary least square (FMOLS), dynamic (DOLS) regression to generate comparative results across a panel technologically advanced countries resource‐rich least‐developed from 1990 2022. The empirical outcomes indicate that economies leading in eco‐friendly sources enhance environmental by minimizing their footprint over time. In contrast, rely heavily resource extraction meet demands tend exacerbate degradation. process demonstrates same trend for both developed developing long term significantly elevating level Dumitrescu Hurlin causality test discloses reverse causal connection concerning variables such as ERPT, reliance excluding extended duration. recommendations derived suggest governments should strategically promote adoption dissemination innovative, technologies. Meanwhile, focus overhauling policies play crucial role supporting advancing efforts nations.

Abstract Financial integration plays an important role in fostering global economic growth. Energy demand, technology transfer, sustainable production, and climate change have emerged as key drivers of development. This study explores the influence financial integration, bolstered by renewable energy-induced trade, industry-driven technology, environmental concerns, on regional analyzes a panel 39 high- upper-middle-income European Central Asian countries 2017–2021. Using generalized method moments estimator, we reveal inverted U-shaped relationship between growth carbon emissions. Moreover, trade contributes positively to while openness transfer further enhance this Industry-driven negatively impacts owing inadequate integration. The absence energy infrastructure industrialization also Our underscores importance increasing promote energy-driven line with United Nations’ development agenda.

Abstract Climate change is a pressing worldwide problem with serious consequences for human rights, especially future generations. In Indonesia, country that particularly vulnerable to the negative of environmental change, constitutional framework critical in protecting these rights. This paper investigates how Indonesian Constitution handles nexus rights and conservation, particular emphasis on The study focusses key provisions such as Article 28H (1), which guarantees right good healthy environment; 33 (3), requires sustainable use natural resources benefit people; 28C establishes self-development, education, access information. These articles constitute basis Indonesia’s legal responsibility safeguard present generations from effects climate change. Despite provisions, text reveals substantial inadequacies regulatory framework, notably regard intergenerational justice enforcement difficulties executing requirements light provides comparative analysis other nations handle comparable concerns. Through this analysis, presents policy proposals reinforce safeguards, ensuring generations’ are protected way compatible sustainability emphasises crucial necessity include factors into heart protection, goal fair equitable all Indonesians.

Abstract This review provides a comprehensive analysis of the intersection between digital sustainability (DS) and eco‐environmental (EES), focusing on opportunities challenges presented by emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, electric vehicles (EVs), cryptocurrencies. The study critically examines concerns arising from increasing demand for infrastructure depletion essential natural resources, including tantalum, indium, cobalt, lithium. Through an interdisciplinary approach, evaluates ethical, technological, policy implications integrating DS within EES framework. It emphasizes significance innovative governance cross‐sector collaboration to address environmental trade‐offs rebound effects linked with these technologies. Additionally, proposes strategies mitigating ecological impacts transformation identifies crucial research gaps, particularly in resource management long‐term sustainability. findings aim guide alignment EES, fostering more balanced resilient path towards sustainable development. offers actionable insights recommendations industry practitioners, policymakers, researchers committed advancing transformation.

This study examines how thermal storage beds, particularly gravel, affect the efficiency of tomato-growing greenhouses using 2D numerical modeling in Ansys 2019. The findings reveal that equipped with beds achieve greater temperature stability, increases 2 K during day and 1.3 at night. Notably, lowering gravel bed porosity results a rise about 0.9 closed due to enhanced heat transfer from increased mass reduced airflow. Airflow patterns show maximum speeds 0.118 m/s near walls, lower observed around while open reach up 0.3 m/s. Humidity levels are highest walls (30.5%) lowest center (27.3%), indicating decreased significantly affects both humidity air permeability within greenhouse environment. Overall, highlights critical role materials optimizing conditions, especially extreme climates, ultimately benefiting agricultural productivity.
