This paper presents the results of a behavioral study on consumers' willingness-to-pay extra for e-grocery deliveries based crowd-shipping. The proposed methodology was tested Ukraine, i.e., developing country where crowd-shipping services are under development conditions. choice model enhanced with two latent variables to account behavior complexity consumers who have not faced in past. These were extracted through factor analysis encompass pro-crowd-shipping and pro-commercial carrier attributes. commercial carriers estimated using hybrid modeling results. findings indicate more than times higher saving delivery time compared services. Discrete consumer-related attributes identified males cons-crowd-shipping attitudes. Age-wise, younger 30 years exhibited behavior. direct cross elasticities been evaluate impacts variation service-specific consumer's within e-groceries scope.
