Several plant-associated microbes have the capability of ameliorating adverse effects salinity stress in plants. Such produce metabolites, including proline, glycine betaine, and secondary compounds, like melatonin, traumatic acid, β-estradiol, which been found to a role reducing salinity-induced damage plant cells. While these metabolites studied, their application-related aspects remain underexplored. In this study, we investigated salinity-stress-alleviating potential derived from endophytic bacterium Bacillus safensis BTL5. The microbial were extracted using hexane–chloroform fraction method identified through LC-HRMS analysis. Four (traumatic arbutin, α-mangostin), along with fifth compound, initially screened for alleviation potential. Subsequently, two i.e., arbutin evaluated impact on growth parameters enzymatic antioxidant activities under 200 mM salt stress. results revealed that β-estradiol significantly improved growth, chlorophyll content, while oxidative damage. dose-dependent highlighted optimal concentrations maximum efficacy compounds elevated salinity. This study signifies enhancing crop resilience salinity, highlighting sustainable agriculture. outcomes provide baseline applied use such field conditions.
