The global energy landscape is rapidly shifting toward cleaner, lower-carbon electricity generation, necessitating a transition to alternate sources. Hydrogen, particularly green hydrogen, looks be significant solution for facilitating this transformation, as it produced by water electrolysis with renewable sources such solar irradiations, wind speed, and biomass residuals. Traditional systems are costly produce slowly due unpredictability in resource supply. To address challenge, work provides novel technique that integrates multi-renewable system using multi objective optimization algorithm meets the machine learning-based forecasted load model. Several forecasting models, including Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA), Random Forest Long Short-Term Memory Recurrent Neural Network (LSTM-RNN), assessed develop statistical metrics values RMSE, MAE, MAPE. selected Non-Sorting Moth Flame Optimization (NSMFO) demonstrates technological prowess efficiently achieving optimization, when handling multiple functions. Induction machine (IM) plays significant role in rural electrification, acting as a generator for small kilowatt to large megawatt applications. These IMs are therefore used power generation, gaining huge acceptance within the researchers because of its brushless system, robust design and cheap market rate. In off-grid operation, induction (IG) also known self-excited IG (SEIG), requires supply external reactive (RP) building up terminal voltage satisfying electrical load demand. A level renewable-driven three-phase SEIG is generally deployed generating single-phase mode remote areas. Generation supplying from results imbalance SEIG's stator current phase voltage. this regard, various capacitor-based excitation (CBE) schemes have been reported required RP power, while reducing mentioned difficulties. The paper emphasizes on steady-state mathematical formulation proposed modified CBE scheme hilly hydro-driven under fixed speed generator. Further, state-of-the-art experimental test-bench scheme, where resistive-inductive (RL) has showcased with same being simulated MATLAB environment. result indicates that can effectively RL different factors (p.f.), having promising regulation balanced operation.

Today, the main challenge of miniaturization and integration power converters is reducing volume parts, eliminating capacitors inductors.This paper proposes a non-isolated synchronous buck converter (NSBC) under soft switching practice. This uses zero voltage (ZVS) topology, which not only provides soft-switching conditions for switches but also prevents kicking off two ends from being off-state due to self-resonance. To achieve highest gain in different working cycles, complementary approach use Dc-Dc simultaneous will be used.The DC-DC with ZVS some parts providing purpose range output voltage. In addition, implementation proposed control circuit conducted very simply needs lower costs. confirm relations theory, results laboratory sample discontinuous continuous modes are examined. It should noted that can operate levels voltage, requires protection heat policy. This paper proposes a model called X-LSTM-EO, which integrates explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), long short-term memory (LSTM), and equilibrium optimizer (EO) to reliably forecast solar power generation. The LSTM component forecasts generation rates based on environmental conditions, while the EO optimizes model’s hyper-parameters through training. XAI-based Local Interpretable Model-independent Explanation (LIME) is adapted identify critical factors that influence accuracy of in smart systems. effectiveness proposed X-LSTM-EO evaluated use five metrics; R-squared (R 2 ), root mean square error (RMSE), coefficient variation (COV), absolute (MAE), efficiency (EC). gains values 0.99, 0.46, 0.35, 0.229, 0.95, for R , RMSE, COV, MAE, EC respectively. results this improve performance original conventional LSTM, where improvement rate is; 148%, 21%, 27%, 20%, 134% compared with other machine learning algorithm such as Decision tree (DT), Linear regression (LR) Gradient Boosting. It was shown worked better than DT LR when were compared. Additionally, PSO employed instead validate outcomes, further demonstrated efficacy optimizer. experimental simulations demonstrate can accurately estimate PV response abrupt changes patterns.
