This paper conducts theoretical and experimental research on the docking lock of space station mechanism, aiming to predict its long-term service life. By analyzing working principle load transmission path lock, a model based material performance degradation mechanism is established, life equation key components under conditions derived. Additionally, accelerated tests with temperature as stress were conducted validate accuracy model. The results show that prediction error less than 5%, demonstrating can operate safely for over 15 years. Through relaxation creep tests, relevant parameters fitted, numerical calculations verification confirmed when initial 37 kN, attenuation value locking force after years 10%, remaining still meets safety requirements. These findings provide crucial insights into design optimization locks, providing technical support mechanisms future stations other spacecraft, have important engineering application value.
