The sandwich structure is widely used in bearing and performance because of its high strength, lightweight, functional integration. Thermoplastic composites have excellent toughness, impact resistance, damage tolerance. In this paper, (CGF/PP) as a panel, PP the core material. fully thermoplastic composite panel material are melted connected through non-isothermal molding process high-temperature mold forming low-temperature workpiece. effects heating temperature plate, time sample, pressure applied during cooling process, their coupling on quality face-core connection were studied by response surface method. failure mode sample after peeling was studied. stiffness whole characterized three-point bending test, influence different plate layers discussed. results show that optimum combination die 262°C, 14 s, 0.08 MPa. three-layer has largest specific stiffness.

The hybrid laser inertial navigation system (INS) is increasingly vital for high precision under high-dynamic, long-duration conditions, especially in complex aircraft environments. Key components like the base, platform, and inner/outer frames significantly impact accuracy stability through thseir static dynamic characteristics. This study focuses on minimizing deviations INS body coordinate caused by elastic deformation overload developing a mechanical simulation model of rotational modulation structure structural outer frame assembly. A reliability analysis established, considering both functional strength failures. To address uncertainties from manufacturing, technical material selection, assembly errors, global sensitivity based Bayesian inference evaluates parameter contributions to failure probability, using sample size N1 = 5 × 105. Additionally, uncertainty via Sobol sequence sampling (N2 10,000) examines mean design variations probability ZL107 SiCp/Al aluminum matrix composite frames. Experimental verification concludes study. results indicate that demonstrates superior performance compared traditional materials such as alloy. inner thickness, strength, thickness have most significant INS, with indices δ6P{F} 0.01657, δ2P{F} 0.00873, δ4P{F} 0.00818, respectively. properties made are enhanced, probabilities across three modes markedly lower than those frame, indicating reliability. In an test conducted product, gyroscope worked normally, function was normal, platform angular velocity change corresponding each direction less 12 ″/s. maximum angle 0.107°, can withstand large overloads multiple levels environments has good environmental adaptability analytical approach provides valuable method evaluation new structures. The growing global energy demand necessitates a shift towards sustainable sources to mitigate environmental issues and ensure security. This work explores the design optimization of propeller-type hydrokinetic turbines efficiently harness renewable from water currents. Through experimental testing regression modeling, research aimed maximize power coefficient (Cp) by determining optimal values number blades (Z) turbine diameter hub ratio (d/D). By correcting for biases, study elucidates importance factors such as blockage configuration on its performance. A second-order polynomial model, which was validated through analysis variance, determined that when Z d/D were set at 4 0.15, respectively, value Cp 53.62%. These findings provide valuable insights optimizing efficiency, contributing advancement technologies.
