Coating parts with a composite improves mechanical strength, especially for low-strength materials. Ceramic reinforced polymer composites are one such coating, used in many industries to produce durable In the study, materials were produced by coating outer part of PLA 10%, 15% and 20% fill densities 3D printer using additive manufacturing material methods, ceramic epoxy containing silicon dioxide weight. The impacts parameters on tensile strength hardness investigated SEM analyses performed. study concluded that coated sample an filler density demonstrated maximum 22.34 MPa value 74.7 Shore D. results showed coatings evenly deposited part's surface. findings indicate 3D-manufactured possesses considerable potential high-performance
