Building information modeling (BIM) and blockchain are reshaping construction business processes. This is particularly important for efficient management collaboration, especially in the current environment of complexity fragmentation However, due to limits practical experience exploration, organizations continue face significant challenges adopting integrated BIM blockchain. study concentrates on exploring integration by identifying analyzing key barriers. Through a systematic literature review expert consultation, 13 major barriers have been identified. Relationships among established using interpretive structural (ISM) decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approaches. The analysis shows that high initial costs legal regulatory root causes affect adoption integration. Additionally, investment return risk, stakeholder attitudes unclear value proposition great impact overall system.
