The current generation of renewable energy remains insufficient to meet the demands users within network, leading necessity curtailing flexible loads and underscoring urgent need for optimized microgrid management. In this study, deep learning-based Adaptive Dynamic Programming Algorithm (ADPA) was introduced integrate real-time pricing into optimization demand-side management microgrids. This approach not only achieved a dynamic balance between supply demand, along with peak shaving valley filling, but it also enhanced rationality strategies, thereby ensuring stable operation. Simulations Real-Time Electricity Price (REP) model under response conditions validated effectiveness feasibility in Based on neural network model, objective function merely 54 epochs, suggesting highly efficient computational process. Furthermore, integration REP conformed distributed multi-source power scheduling improved efficiency clean utilization significantly, supporting implementation national policies aimed at development sustainable grid.

The integration of renewable energy systems (RES) into microgrids faces challenges from technical, economic, and socio-environmental perspectives. Despite their potential to address access climate change challenges, RES-based face significant barriers, including technical complexities, economic constraints, socio-cultural resistance, regulatory inadequacies, environmental concerns. Battery energy storage systems (BESSs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) are essential for microgrid operations to be financially viable. PHEVs can serve as mobile devices, storing excess during times of low demand delivering it high demand. By offering reliable on-site storage, BESSs improve cost efficiency by allowing the store cheap, off-peak electricity release when prices increase. To minimize generation costs alleviate grid stress periods demand, load-shifting policies shift inelastic loads hours lower. When combined, these tactics support dependable, affordable, effective management. A recently developed RIME algorithm is used optimization tool reduce total operating (TOC) an MG system three cases situations.
