ABSTRACT Membrane aeration technology, as a critical means to improve water treatment efficiency, has garnered significant attention in the fields of international treatment, environmental protection, and membrane science. While enhancing flux can oxygen transfer such improvements often negatively impact mechanical properties durability membrane. To address this challenge, high‐strength durable ultra‐high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) hollow fiber membranes were fabricated study using thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) at varying spinning winding speeds. Microscopic imaging revealed that UHMWPE exhibit loose network‐like microporous structure internally dense surface layer. Furthermore, became more pronounced with increasing speed. At speed 9 m min −1 , achieved maximum gas 1797 L −2 . The tensile strength was 3.8 MPa, elongation break 420%, demonstrating retained excellent even under elevated conditions. This high‐performance is well suited for diverse applications. Moreover, showed optimizing efficiently reconcile conflict between maintaining properties.
