The present work evaluates the proportional ratio of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) for improving thermal conductivity (k) paraffin wax (PW) and polymeric-paraffin with high-density polyethylene (PW/HDPE). k value is assessed at 40 °C, 60 °C 120 different MWCNT content (0–10 wt% MWCNT). measurement indicates varies significantly temperatures. study suggests that ideal limited to 6 wt%. justification based on suitable average PW (0.532–0.625 W·m-1·K-1) PW/HDPE (0.595–0.641 W·m-1·K-1). Active storage (ATS) evaluation shows significant improvement in rating performance PCM MWCNT. charge cycle increases by 39% a peak power 49.8 Watts PW. Unfortunately, melting intensification 240 h causes degradation due precipitation which disturbs dispersed particle within In contrast, composite maintains unsubstantial change after intensification, where obtained 40.6 40.1 before intensification.

Heat storage technology has a critical role for number of applications involving renewable thermal energy (such as solar water heater). The application wax (n-octacosane/OCT) medium storing heat brings many positive influences the system. However, operational curve is undesirable OCT-based storage, which makes it necessary to use binding material. present work employed LD-class polymer (LDPE) and linear-LDPE materials OCT. mixture prepared through mechanical hot stirring, comes into two categories: SOCT1 (OCT/LD) SOCT2 (OCT/LLD). assessment calorimetry method shows an increment in transition temperature SOCT with value 2.1 °C 5.5 °C. This contributes variation fusion solid-liquid change both materials, amounted 132.05 J/g (SOCT1) 113.4 (SOCT2). Another related its chemical structural phase demonstrates that identical structure OCT, indicating mixed physically. At level, more optimal than OCT according indicator charge discharge duration exchange. short plateau line indication steady between 65.4–67.9 °C, while indicates average heating rate, higher single releasing varies at lower 1.92 °C/min 0.77 °C/min, lowest variation, only 0.17 °C/min. Moreover, self-insulation 0.3 evaluation analysis from this show reliable increase can be implemented systems

The operational aspect of a latent thermal energy storage (LTES) system is highly dependent on the performance its heat material (LHSM). In this work, evaluation LHSM conducted using low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear LDPE. As an initial assessment, three different organic LHSMs are used for evaluation. assessment indicates that fusion varies between 142.45 J/g 198.8 J/g. Thermal decomposition demonstrates suitable operating power under 100 °C. addition polymer clearly influences charge/discharge rate each LHSM. For example, it has positive influence paraffin wax, which increases charge up to 54.4 %. A outcome also observed palmitic acid, highest at around 4.4 °C/min. Interestingly, stearic acid decreased by presence polymer. It implies melting/solidification can be decreased, may advantageous passive systems. general, LDPE/LLDPE alters makes taken as stabilizer

The rating charge characteristic is crucial for the heat energy storage, particularly low-temperature system which uses paraffin wax. influence of different causes severe temperature fluctuation, undesirable system. It affected by unstable phase transformation, reducing distribution and makes average insufficient. In this work, fluctuation can be minimized adding polyethylene plastic as stabilizer added ratio weight 15% from total mass 134 grams. Each material mixed in liquid state, stirred molded into apparatus. transition evaluation performed, showing mixture indicates an additional peak after principal ranging between 15.26 °C – 19.34 (melting) 11.98 9.45 (freezing). steady operation lowest variation only 0.3 °C/min, obtained wax polyethylene. same charge, has 2.9 signifying effect unsteady melting transition. clearly demonstrates addition promotes a better transformation under various maintaining effective storage.

Direct drying for seaweed is preferable local farmers since it costs no additional processing. However, the degradation of dried product causes economic drawbacks, which means further methods can be developed to solve problem. In this work, improvement made by using a closed method products and combined with solar collector as an air heater. The high evaporation increases humidity within chamber, improves up 17.8%. contrast, supplied dry from reduces becomes lower (4.4%) than ambient. indicates maximum temperature 48.6°C 53.7°C (with collector), while ambient only 36.8°C. It makes receive more energy, resulting in water 87.5% compared direct (70.8%). provides simple low-cost approach that maximize harvested energy process. suitable supporting maintaining sustainability through renewable energy.
