Our research aims to determine the optical properties of binary composites based on TiO2 and SiO2 oxides combined with additional metal such as CuO SrO. The inclusion SrO together nanoparticles is driven by their ability introduce intermediate energy levels in forbidden band, acting electron traps that reduce recombination rate increase efficiency solar conversion. Morphological structural characterization materials was carried out evidence homogeneity final composite well high specific surface area. Additionally, an extensive performed, revealing parameters studied samples depend composition. results indicate performance TiO2-CuO SiO2-SrO significantly superior pure sample. Therefore, these are proposed promising candidates for enhancing cells.
