Due to the efficiency drops in solar panels at temperatures above 25°C, various panel surface temperature reduction studies are ongoing. In this field, passive cooling methods can be seen as latest technology that they do not require additional electricity. The research explores the use of iron oxide nanoparticles to enhance thermal properties fluids like water and ethylene glycol.
