Phytoplankton is essential in coastal marine ecosystems, aiding ecosystem stability and development of economy. Coastal as a transitional zone, feature complex, variable environmental factors that significantly affect phytoplankton growth. To assess the influencing growth bay area, this study measured chlorophyll (Chla), nutrients, four antibiotics (sulfamethoxazole, sulfadiazine, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin) seawater, well total nitrogen phosphorus contents sediments at 25 stations Lianzhou Bay. Principal component analysis risk quotient (RQ) were utilized for assessment. The results indicate Chla concentrations are inconsistent between nearshore offshore areas Specifically, abundant high ammonia levels, low enrofloxacin primary contributing to area. In contrast, hydrodynamic conditions, feeding by cultured shellfish, adequate lighting collectively shape distribution characteristics Additionally, ecological posed relatively low. findings provide scientific evidence local management pollution sources optimization aquaculture models, which great significance sustainable utilization resources.
