Motives: Urban development is associated with the emergence of problems such as pollution, traffic congestion, and suburbanisation. Effective transportation mobility policies can play an important role in mitigating these problems. Aim: This article explores issue shaping urban through Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). The key elements relevant to implementation MaaS by city authorities were identified based on a systematic literature review PRISMA methodology. Different approaches defining methods for measuring its effectiveness examined detail. Challenges issues related concept also analysed. Results: results showed that successful requires high level digitalisation collaboration between public private sectors. absence hinder MaaS. present findings highlighted current research neglects participation process, which may lead lower user acceptance reduced interest from companies.
