Unreliable energy supply disrupts productivity and escalates costs in manufacturing enterprises, highlighting the need for robust resilience strategies. Existing multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods, such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP), best–worst method (BWM), unaugmented TOPSIS, often lack advanced risk prioritization objective criteria weighting, limiting their effectiveness addressing complex, multidimensional challenges. This study proposes an integrated framework that combines Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) prioritization, CRITIC-method weighting based on 4A's dimensions—availability, accessibility, affordability, acceptability—and fuzzy-TOPSIS strategy ranking. The bridges theoretical rigor with operational applicability, unique challenges faced by enterprises. In the era of globalization, infectious diseases pose a significant threat to global health and societal stability. They strain healthcare systems, necessitating robust preventive strategies, particularly in creating resilient hospital environments. Our study identifies analyzes environmental safety risk factors during pandemics, emphasizing need for context-specific mitigation. By integrating literature review with linguistic assessment factors, we reveal complex dimensions underappreciated epidemiological risks. Using triangular fuzzy number theory DEMATEL method, develop an evaluation model that quantifies environment risks their interdependencies, enhancing informed decision-making epidemic prevention resource allocation, contributing infrastructure sustainability well-being.

The issue of carbon emissions can be addressed through environmentally friendly technological innovations, which contribute to the journey towards achieving net-zero (NZE). electrification transportation by converting internal combustion engine (ICE) motorcycles converted electric (CEM) directly reduces number pollution sources from fossil-powered motors. In Indonesia, numerous government regulations support commercialization CEM system, including requirement for conversion workshops formal entities in process. Every must pass a test ensure its safety and suitability. Currently, testing process is conducted at only one location, making it inefficient inaccessible. Therefore, most Indonesia need take investment steps procuring CEM-type tools. This research aims determine best alternative several alternatives selecting investment, three criteria are considered: costs, operations, specifications. By using decision-making model, hierarchical model obtained, then processed analytical hierarchy (AHP) technique order preference similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS). Following the Belt and Road, Air Silk Road has also been proposed. The coordinated development of multiple transportation modes, including air, land, water, will create a strong force in node cities. However, current insufficient supply cargo various regions lack integration among different modes result low efficiency, which turn affects further advancement Road. To investigate these issues attempt to find solution, we selected 44 candidate cities from prefecture-level China as nodes based on relevant government policies, constructed an integrated network. For each city, first calculated values six classical indicators then used CRITIC assign weights indicator. Subsequently, employed TOPSIS method combined with Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) compute comprehensive score for city. Based spatial layout policies under BRI, eight cities, Wuhan, Chongqing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Lianyungang, Hefei, Dalian, were finally recommended consolidation centers It is hoped that results this analysis can provide some insights outline build network composed railway, highway, water routes, offer elevating Initiative (BRI) new level.
