Aloe vera, renowned for its medicinal and food applications, offers a sustainable, scalable, cost-effective scaffold material cultured meat production. Our method repurposes vera parenchyma into sustainable innovative CM These scaffolds, derived from agricultural byproducts, feature porous structure that retains liquids supports bovine mesenchymal stem cell (bMSC) adhesion, proliferation, extracellular matrix formation. Aloe vera has garnered significant scientific and commercial attention due to its multifaceted therapeutic cosmetic potential. This study aimed investigate the biological effects molecular mechanisms of phytoplacenta extract (AVPE) on HaCaT cells skin health. To achieve this, we investigated AVPE, produced using advanced in vitro cell culture techniques, cells. At 2% concentration, AVPE demonstrated remarkable effects, increasing AQP3 protein expression by 120% healing area fourfold while simultaneously reducing COX-2 messenger RNA (mRNA) 43% iNOS mRNA 48%. An AVPE-containing product notably reduced facial temperature 24.9 °C compared 32.3 for control product. RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis transcriptional changes after treatment revealed 14 upregulated 58 downregulated RNAs. Upregulated processes included response hydrogen peroxide muscle migration, involved cell–cell adhesion synaptic transmission. Pathway further highlighted metabolic changes, including upregulation pentose phosphate galactose metabolism pathways downregulation leishmaniasis GABAergic synapse pathways. In addition, gene data indicated subtle epidermal differentiation genes, modulation inflammatory markers, alterations genes related signaling skin-specific functions. Our comprehensive findings underscore AVPE’s potential enhancing healing, regulating temperature, modulating cellular processes.

Growing health and environmental concerns have intensified the search for natural antioxidants to replace synthetic alternatives prevent spoilage of seafood. Long-term intake has been linked liver toxicity, reproductive issues, cancer risks in animals. This study therefore evaluates efficacy Aloe vera gel (AVG) as a antioxidant preserving quality sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax, Linnaeus 1758) slices during cold storage at 4 ± 1 °C 13 days. Sea were coated with 100% 75% AVG analyzed physical (color texture), chemical (pH, TVB-N, TBARS, PV), sensory changes. Results showed that significantly reduced lipid oxidation, indicated by lower peroxide (PV) thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) values treated samples compared controls. While sensory, color, texture parameters remained consistent across all groups, AVG-coated extended shelf life four days, treatment achieved two-day extension, based on TVB-N values. These findings highlight AVG's potential natural, eco-friendly alternative aquatic product preservation.
