In response to the challenges posed by modern plant micropropagation techniques, a promising technology for growing shoots temporary immersed in nutrient solution (temporary immersion system, TIS) using SETIS™ bioreactors has been developed. this experiment, suitability of propagation Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Jacques was assessed. vitro culture carried out conventional technique on solid media and liquid bioreactor. addition, two differing macro- micronutrient content (Murashige & Skoog Rugini OM), while having same set phytohormones were evaluated both systems. Explants obtained from flower stalk plants used establish culture. The effectiveness cultures after first second subculture study demonstrated that efficiency bioreactor is higher compared highest multiplication coefficient, fresh weight regenerants RGR index value recorded OM medium. No statistically significant differences found between MS medium terms shoot length vigour with method When method, better results can be achieved This research considered as step towards production larger scale.

Molecular markers play a crucial role in accelerating crop production for sustainable agriculture by identifying resistant traits and enhancing genetic diversity. In this review, we examine the impact of molecular on advancing our understanding stress tolerance mechanisms plants, addressing pressing imperative to bolster global food meet escalating demands growing population. Additionally, application evaluate accuracy plants due changes caused somaclonal variation during in vitro propagation is mentioned. Specifically, highlight emerging technologies like MAS, MARS, MABC, GWAS, GS, DH production, speed breeding, genome editing, which offer promising opportunities enhance integrity cultivars, aiding security challenges. The literature search focused studies published last ten years. We utilized combination specific broad keywords such as stability, propagation, markers, abiotic-biotic stress, plant biotechnology. conclusion, review analyzes use assessing fidelity grown plants.
