In this work, we report the development of electrochemical bioplatforms for both single determination TIMP-1 and simultaneous GDF-15, two biomarkers cellular senescence prognosis in colorectal cancer (CRC). The designed immunoplatforms rely on a sandwich-type configuration labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) built magnetic microsupports involve pair specific antibodies to capture detect each target protein.
