ABSTRACT
This
study
develops
and
assesses
the
validity
of
a
hierarchical
structure
for
circular
supply
chain
management
performance
(CSCMP)
in
semiconductor
industry.
Previous
studies
have
focused
on
synchronizing
technological

eco‐innovation
to
enhance
operations,
financial
benefits,
environmental
advantages,

benefits

approach
that

qualitative
quantitative
