Miniaturized bio-devices present a promising solution to address the limitations of conventional therapeutic equipment, such as bulkiness and high cost, while facilitating continuous monitoring cancer development treatment progression. Herein, flexible wirelessly implantable biophotonic device is developed via integrating an oxyhemoglobin saturation (sO2) sensing probe, low-power Bluetooth microcontroller unit, wireless power module on printed circuit board. It fabricated identify tumors (˂ 30 mm3) from normal tissues by sO2 levels indicative tumor hypoxic microenvironment. Furthermore, this can also evaluate progression chemotherapy drugs like vadimezan, which reduces disrupting angiogenesis. The µ-LED in function light source for situ photodynamic therapy simultaneously oxygen consumption during process. lightweight, thin, flexible, allowing seamless implantation within body. operates data transmission without physiological activities. Hence, capable concurrently achieving precise discrimination, modulable treatments, real-time monitoring, enabling evaluation optimization efficacy.
