Soil available nutrients (SANs) can be rapidly converted, absorbed, and utilized by crops. The study of the spatial distribution variation SANs, as well their response to environmental factors, is crucial for precision fertilization soil ecosystem function regulation. In this study, 220 surface-layer samples (0–20 cm) were collected in 2019 from loquat orchards mid-low mountain hilly areas central China explore effects factors (including topography, vegetation index, property, climate) on using a path analysis model. results showed that potassium (AK) ammonium nitrogen (AN) levels exhibited moderate average content, which was 123.14 mg·kg−1 119.03 mg·kg−1, respectively, whereas phosphorus (AP) displayed high content (26.78 mg·kg−1), all three SANs an uneven distributions. nugget effect values AK AN ranged 25% 75%, indicating variation, those AP <25%, suggesting variation. In grape cultivation, incorrect water regulation will lead to significant wastage, which in turn change soil structure and disrupt nutrient cycling processes. This study aimed investigate the effects of different treatments [by setting moderate stress (W1), mild (W2), adequate availability (CK)] on physical-chemical properties enzyme activity greenhouse during growing season. Mulching practices have been used to improve peach growth and production across the globe. The cultivation of 'Shine Muscat' grapes is rapidly expanding in East Asia due to their desirable qualities and muscat flavor. Studies have revealed that storing these at an controlled freezing-point temperature diminishes flavor, whereas storage 10 °C preserves it. However, the impact a higher on evolution microbial communities remains unclear. This study aimed analyze mycobiota dynamics grape bunches under different cold temperatures. Abstract To solve the issues of low survival rate and poor vigor Zanthoxylum bungeanum seedlings caused by long-term continuous cropping, a study was conducted using bio-organic fertilizer microbial bacterial as repair agents.
