The cytochrome P450 enzyme is one of the largest proteins family, which has been identified in cuticle biosynthesis, plant growth, development, and stress response. In our study, 28 members MdCYP86A family were apple (Malus × domestica Borkh.). Chromosomal localization analysis found that genes distributed on 13 chromosomes apple. Phylogenetic conserved motifs showed MdCYP86As evolutionarily most closely related with Arabidopsis thaliana. Each gene contains a domain, suggesting are highly during evolution species. Cis-acting element promoter various elements associated MdCYP86A21 was cloned genome to investigate function genes. responded abiotic stresses, including PEG, Nacl, ABA. tissue-specific expression patterns revealed highest tissue flower by real-time quantitative reverse transcription (RT-qPCR). ABSTRACT Aim To compare and evaluate the differences between EGCG phosphatidylcholine‐encapsulated in terms of their anti‐inflammatory antioxidant capacities. Methods In this study, transdermal absorption experiments were conducted to capacity EGCG. Hundreds of green tea products are available on the market and exhibit different characteristics. In present study, seven types were processed, their nonvolatile profiles analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Non-spreading contained higher concentrations catechins flavonoid glycosides, but lower amino acids, caffeine, theaflavins. Non-rolling teas with a straight appearance glycosides contrast, leaf-rolling much catechins. These qualities all decreased following prolonged storage, concurrent increasing proanthocyanidins, dimers, theaflavins, organic acids. The exhibited reduced levels deterioration during storage in terms profile sensory quality. Findings show that moderate destruction leaves processing is beneficial to both flavor quality maintenance storage.
