Protected areas are significant due to the high value of natural resources they shelter. This study's primary objective is assess quality status water (13 lakes and Tisa River) localized in protected area River on territory Romania. A number 13 surface (Tisa situated through Natura 2000 ecological network studied. The chemistry potential pollution were analyzed by measuring analyzing a set twenty elements sixteen physico-chemical parameters. impact anthropogenic activities was settled applied analysis obtained results. human health risk noticed. Results indicated that waters rich Ni Fe probably interaction with groundwater Ni. Waters characterized contamination, which if directly or food chain consumed could negatively influence health. Piper Gibbs plots studied divided into three categories based water-rock interactions: mixed Ca2+-Na+-HCO3-, CaCO3-, Na+-HCO3-. Likewise, indices (Heavy metal Pollution Index, HPI Heavy Evaluation HEI) correlated As, amounts. findings this research imply influenced geogenic origin emergence activities. significance related understanding mechanisms quality, improving conserving resources, correspondingly any risks be identified.

Natural rivers have always been invaded by multiple pollutants discharged anthropogenic activities, inducing physiochemical and biological changes to waterbodies. However, the effects of different types disturbances natural wetlands on water quality bacterial communities in black-odor remain largely unknown. In this study, 13 parameters at 48 sampling sites along typical contaminated Jishan River were selected evaluate through index (WQI). The analysis microbial community composition its correlation with (industrial effluent, aquacultural wastewater, domestic sewage, confluences, dam wetlands) further conducted. results revealed that had significant spatial heterogeneity samples disturbed sites, shaped abundance distribution communities. Among these disturbances, altered hydrological hydraulic conditions river, leading worst quality, fermentative microorganism Lactococcus becoming dominant genus. surrounding terminus river recuperative functions could restore community. WQI values 38.08–63.46 rated as "low" or "moderate" primarily affected excessive nutrient contaminates, such nitrogen, phosphorus, organic matter. Random forest biomarkers for C39, Trichococcus, norank_f_norank_o_Chloroplast, unclassified_f_Enterobacteriaceae. This study not only facilitated a more comprehensive understanding about between ecosystem but also provided theoretical support ecological restoration governmental regulation ecosystem.

Research on water quality is a fundamental step in supporting the maintenance of environmental and human health. The elements involved analysis are multidimensional, because numerous characteristics can be measured simultaneously. This multidimensional character encourages researchers to statistically examine data generated through multivariate statistical (MSA). objective this review was explore research MSA between years 2001 2020, present Web Science (WoS) database. Annual results, WoS subject categories, conventional journals, most cited publications, keywords, sample types analyzed, country or territory where study conducted used analyses were topics covered. results demonstrate considerable increase using studies last twenty years, especially developing countries. River, groundwater lake studied types. In descending order, principal component (PCA), hierarchical cluster (HCA), factor (FA) discriminant (DA) techniques. presents relevant information for choosing appropriate methods analyze data.
