Soil microorganisms play vital roles in regulating biogeochemical processes. The composition and function of soil microbial community have been well studied, but little is known about the responses bacterial fungal communities to different habitats same plant, especially inter-kingdom co-occurrence pattern including bacteria fungi. Herein, we used high-throughput sequencing investigate five Phragmites australis Yellow River Delta constructed their interaction network by analysis. results showed that richness did not differ significantly among for either or communities. distribution was affected physicochemical properties, whereas not. main functions were participate degradation organic matter element cycling, both which properties. Network analysis revealed fungi participated formation networks through positive interactions; role intra-kingdom interactions more important than interactions. In addition, rare species acted as keystones played a critical maintaining structure, while NO3N likely an topological Our findings provided insights into response P. coastal wetlands, will deepen our assembly wetlands.

Clarifying the relationship between soil microorganisms and plant-soil system is crucial for encouraging sustainable development of ecosystems, as serve a variety functional roles in system. In this work, influence mechanisms significant microbial groups on their applications environmental remediation over previous 30 years were reviewed using systematic literature review (SLR) methodology. The findings demonstrated that: (1) There has been general upward trend number publications microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, archaea. (2) Bacteria fungi plant growth through organic matter decomposition, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium element dissolution, symbiotic relationships, hormone production, pathogen inhibition, resistance induction. Archaea aid plants by breaking down low-molecular-weight matter, participating cycles, producing hormones, suppressing infections. (3) Microorganism principles are utilized remediation, biofertilizer denitrification, phosphorus removal, effectively reducing pollution, preventing invasion, protecting vegetation health, promoting growth. three important collectively regulate ecosystem help maintain its relative stability. This work systematically summarizes systems, providing theoretical reference how to control microbes order restore damaged ecosystems enhance resilience future.

ABSTRACT The relationship between soil microbiome stability and diversity remains a topic of debate. Our study aims to investigate the in different wetland types invaded by Spartina alterniflora reveal mechanisms driving functional influences on this during later‐stage development S. invasion system. To investigated structure, diversity, traits bacteria associated with their impact bacteriome we conducted 16S rRNA sequencing soils from two wetlands dominated invasive plant at growth stages, situated temperate (salt marsh wetland) subtropical (mangrove regions, assessed its factors. Subsequently, analyzed environmental bacterial changes sites constructed co‐occurrence networks among taxonomic groups traits. differences late‐stage ‐invaded systems suggest that communities higher tend exhibit greater stability. Keystone genera play both direct indirect roles regulating stability, all belong dominant phyla. Furthermore, biological factors significantly outweigh nonbiological In contrast, core functions (broad functions) specialized such as “nitrogen metabolism” “sulfur decrease Their enhancement these metabolic processes correlates reduced community which is key observed systems. This advances our understanding microbial ecosystem highlighting importance keystone taxa for It enhances ability predict transitions. scientific basis management invasion.

Although the Chinese government has conducted much work in recent years to reduce land-based pollutant discharge, eutrophication continues occur frequently many rivers, estuaries, and coastal waters. This may indicate that sediment is a major source rather than sink for nitrogen (N) phosphorus (P). To clarify endogenous mechanisms of river basins, status, physicochemical properties, bacterial parameters overlying waters sediments catchment (CA), estuarine (EA), offshore (OA) areas Duliujian River Basin Bohai Bay were investigated. The results showed index (EI) CA, EA, OA 62.71, 57.86, 36.51, respectively. EI was more sensitive increases P (slope = 3.887) N 0.734) water, indicating main factor driving basin. However, nonlinear relationship found between waters, suggesting mediation during release. As speculated this study, water increased quickly with increasing diversity metabolic abundance, allometric release mediated by bacteria risk eutrophication. Redundancy analysis organic matter total have positive effects on communities, which explains 21.8% 23.7% variation diversity, 31.3% 7.1% metabolism. also suggests accumulation promotes further aggravates water. Therefore, simultaneous control necessary basins.
