The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is an important ecological function area in the world, but its ecosystem very fragile owing to alpine environment. Owing varying landforms exhibiting significant spatial differences terms of temperature, light, soil and water conservation capacity, topography largely determines distribution services areas with complex natural conditions. Studying impact on for efficient land use management. However, effects have rarely been studied Plateau. In this study, using data from 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010, 2020, value (ESV) was estimated, spatiotemporal variation characteristics were analyzed ESV equivalent factor method. Spatial autocorrelation introduced analyze dependency between topography. results showed that decreased $1,700,028 million 1980 $1,656,0 38 1990 then steadily increased $1,678,294 2020. Moreover, average mainly characterized by high values southeast region low northwest region. exhibited different geographical distributions temporal across topographic gradient, a dependence observed Hence, priority should be given protection high-altitude areas, such as mountain valley regions plateau.

The Mollisol region of Heilongjiang Province is an important commercial grain production base in China. The has the characteristics high fertility, good structure, loose texture, suitable for farming, and crop growth. However, due to long-term intensity, unreasonable utilization soil erosion, arable land been severely degraded. The decline microbial diversity other issues have become increasingly prominent, posing a direct threat sustainable development agriculture. How solve layer thinning, fertility declined, structure hardened ecological problems are current technical China. This work systematically summarizes problems, such as overdraft Province, organic matter content, degradation functions. This not only combines needs regional agricultural but also further conducts case analysis "Longjiang Model", trying analyze predict dynamic change content by Gray Forecast Model.

Introduction Microbial communities in the plant rhizosphere are critical for nutrient cycling and ecosystem stability. However, how root exudates soil physicochemical characteristics affect microbial community composition Populus is not well understood. Methods This study measured physiochemistry properties a representative forest consists of four species. The bacterial fungal was determined by metabolomics high-throughput sequencing. Results Luvangetin, salicylic acid, gentisic oleuropein, strigol, chrysin, linoleic acid were differential extracted species, which explained 48.40, 82.80, 48.73, 59.64% variance dominant key or communities, respectively. Data showed that main drivers changes communities. Nitrosospira , Microvirga Trichoderma Cortinarius Beauveria keystone taxa thus important maintaining stable rhizosphere. had strong impact on bacteria than bacteria, fungi, fungi. Moreover, strigol positively effects with whereas phenolic compounds chrysin negatively correlated microorganisms. assembly process structure (keystone taxa) mostly stochastic processes. Discussion association microorganisms (dominant plants, revealed taxa. It provides theoretical basis identification utilization beneficial

Abstract Background Cadmium (Cd) contamination in soil poses a serious safety risk for the development of medicine and food with ginseng as raw material. Microorganisms are key players functioning service ecosystems, but effects Cd-contaminated growth on these microorganisms is still poorly understood. To study this hypothesis, we evaluated Cd (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, 10.0 mg kg -1 Cd) exposure microbial community using Illumina HiSeq high-throughput sequencing. Results Our results indicated that affected diversity composition, bacterial was more than fungal soil, especially according to Shannon indices. The abundance decreased composition changed relative abundances at phylum level, including those Saccharibacteria Gemmatimonadetes bacteria Mortierellomycota fungi. LEfSe algorithm used identify active biomarkers, 45 differentially abundant taxonomic clades 16 were identified LDA scores higher 4.0. Finally, heatmap Spearman's rank correlation coefficients canonical discriminant analysis (CDA) some Arenimonas , Xanthomonadales Nitrosomonadaceae Methylophilales Caulobacterales Aeromicrobium Chitinophagaceae Acidimicrobiales Nocardioidaceae Propionibacteriales Frankiales Gemmatimonadaceae, positively correlated total available ( p <0.05) negatively AK, AP, pH community. Similarly, community, Tubaria Mortierellaceae Rhizophagus TK, pH. Conclusion significantly ginseng-growing soil. findings provide new insight into communities
